辣椒疫病及白粉病抗性基因的分子标记检测

摘  要:为筛选携带抗病基因的辣椒种质资源,加快辣椒抗病育种进程,本文利用与辣椒疫病和白粉病相关的分子标记对121份辣椒种质资源进行检测,并对筛选材料的疫病及白粉病田间发病情况进行调查。结果发现,115份辣椒材料中含有Y1抗疫病基因,其中3份辣椒材料在田间感染疫病;43份含有Y2抗疫病基因,田间均未感染疫病;7份含有B3抗白粉病基因,田间均未感染白粉病;6份同时含有Y1、Y2抗疫病基因和B3抗白粉病基因,且田间未感染疫病和白粉病。结果表明,分子标记检测结果准确性较高,筛选的6份同时含有抗疫病和抗白粉病基因的辣椒材料,可为后续选育具有综合抗疫病和抗白粉病的辣椒新品种提供种质资源。In order to screen pepper germplasm resources carrying disease-resistant genes and accelerate pepper disease-resistant breeding processes,molecular markers related to pepper blight and powdery mildew resistances were used to survey a total of 121 pepper germplasm,and incidences of blight and powdery mildew for these germplasm were also investigated in open field in this study.The results showed that a total of 115 pepper materials harbored the blight resistant gene Y1,and 3 of them were infected with blight in thefield.A total of 43 germplasm harbored blight resistant gene Y2,and none of them were infected with the disease in thefield.There were seven germplasm harboring powdery mildew resistant gene B3,and none of them were infected with powdery mildew.A total of six germplasm harbored both blight resistant genes Y1 and Y2 and powdery mildew resistant gene B3,and none of them were infected with blight and powdery mildew.These results showed that the results of molecular marker analysis were reliable,and the six pepper germplasm harboring both blight and powdery mildew resistant genes provided valuable resources for the subsequent selection and breeding of new pepper cultivars with both blight and powdery mildew resistances.
