摘　　要：‘鄂干椒101’是湖北省农业科学院经济作物研究所选育的干用朝天椒新品种。该品种高辣、香味足、耐卤制,适合湖北高山加工辣椒栽培。通过从选地、播期、育苗、大田栽培技术、主要病虫害防治及采收等多个环节对该品种高山栽培关键技术进行规程化概述,旨为‘鄂干椒101’高产栽培提供技术支撑。‘Eganjiao 101’is a new cultivar of pod pepper,bred by the Cash Crops Institute,Hubei Academy of Agricultural Sciences.This cultivar has a high degree spiciness,ample fragrance,and is resistant to cooked brine,making it suitable for cultivation in mountain areas of Hubei province.This paper summarized the cultivation technology regulations includingfield selection,sowing period,seedling,field planting,prevention and control of main diseases and insect pests,as well as harvest.It will provide technical supports for the high yield cultivation of‘Eganjiao 101’in the high-altitude mountain.
