基于气机升降理论温灸刮痧治疗心肾不交型失眠临床研究

摘　　要：目的观察基于气机升降理论温灸刮痧治疗心肾不交型失眠患者临床疗效。方法将60例失眠患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组30例予艾司唑仑片治疗,治疗组30例在对照组治疗基础上予温灸刮痧治疗。2组均治疗4周。比较2组治疗前后匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)和中医证候评分,并统计2组疗效。结果治疗组总有效率93.33%(28/30),对照组总有效率70.00%(21/30),治疗组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后PSQI评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后HAMA评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后低于对照组(P<0.05)。2组治疗后中医证候评分均较本组治疗前降低(P<0.05),且治疗组治疗后均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论基于气机升降理论行温灸刮痧治疗心肾不交型失眠临床疗效优于西药治疗,中医适宜技术可提升失眠治疗效果。Objective To observethe clinical efficacy of warm moxibustion and scraping therapy based on ascending-descending theory in the treatment of insomnia patients with heart kidney disharmony type.Methods Sixty patients with insomnia were randomly assigned into control group(n=30)and treatment group(n=30).All patients received routine treatment(Eszolam tablets),those in the treatment group received warm moxibustion and scraping therapy,additionally.Both groups were treated for 4 weeks,aiming to compare the curative effect of the two groups before and after treatment,including thePittsburgh Sleep Quality Index(PSQI),Hamilton Anxiety Scale(HAMA),and traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome score.Results The total clinical efficacy of the treatment group was better than that of the control group(93.33%[28/30]vs 70.00%[21/30],P<0.05).After treatment,the PSQI score,HAMA score,and TCM symptom score in the both groups decreased significantlycompared to before treatment(all P<0.05),and the decrease was more pronoubced in the treatment group than the control group(all P<0.05).Conclusion For insomnia patients with heart kidney disharmony type,the clinical efficacy of warm moxibustion and scraping therapy based on ascending-descending theory is superior to that of Western medicine treatment.Appropriate techniques of TCM can enhance the treatment effect of insomnia.
