摘　　要：海绵城市建设理念指在建筑物设计、施工阶段加入“海绵元素”,将自然力量与先进的设计理念相结合,在顺应自然、保护自然的前提下,建设符合绿色、可持续发展的建、构筑物,按照“源头减排、过程控制、系统治理”原则进行系统策划,构建绿灰结合、多目标的现代城市雨洪控制系统,实现城市水安全、水环境、水资源、水生态的综合治理目标。文章介绍了海绵城市的建设内涵和核心要点,选取透水砖地面铺装和透水混凝土铺装、下沉式绿地、虹吸式车库顶板施工3个海绵城市建设类型进行了分析,为海绵城市建设在建筑业的应用提供参考。The concept of sponge city construction refers to the addition of"sponge element"in the design and construction stage of buildings,the combination of natural forces and advanced design concepts,the construction of buildings and structures in line with green and sustainable development under the premise of conforming to nature and protecting nature,and the systematic planning in accordance with the principle of"source emission reduction,process control and system governance".Construct a modern urban stormwater control system combining green and gray with multiple objectives,and realize the comprehensive management goals of urban water security,water environment,water resources,and water ecology.The paper introduces the construction connotation and core points of sponge city,and analyzes three construction types of sponge city,including permeable brick floor pavement and permeable concrete pavement,sunken green space and siphon garage roof construction,to provide reference for the application of sponge city construction in the construction industry.
