《清宫膏方精华》中脾胃病治疗膏方的用药规律分析

摘　　要：运用数据挖掘研究《清宫膏方精华》中脾胃病治疗膏方的用药规律.通过收集《清宫膏方精华》中治疗脾胃病膏方,统计组方中药的性味归经和功效,挖掘核心中药,并运用关联规则、聚类分析及决策树分析探究核心中药的配伍规律.共纳入膏方53首,涉及中药149味,累计使用706次.149味中药按照功效可归为20大类,其中补虚药、理气药、清热药、利水渗湿药居前4位,药性多见温、寒,味多属苦、甘、辛,归经以脾经、胃经为主.经拓扑学筛选出12味核心中药,频次靠前的有茯苓、白术、陈皮、甘草、神曲、当归、白芍.关联规则分析得到中药组合38组,聚类分析得到4个基础方,以茯苓为因变量的决策树模型显示陈皮为最佳识别中药,具有重要配伍地位.脾胃病膏方选药时重在寒温并用、攻补兼施、辛开苦降,而补虚理气、清热活血、利水渗湿是其组方法则.The purpose of this paper is to study the medication rule of the cream formula for treating spleen and stomach diseases in“Qinggong Cream Formula Essence”by data mining.The treatment cream formula for spleen and stomach diseases in“Qinggong Cream Formula Essence”was collected,statistics of the nature,flavor,channel tropism and efficacy of the traditional chinese medicine,mining core chinese medicine,association rules,cluster analysis and decision tree analysis were used to explore the compatibility of core chinese medicines.A total of 53 ointment prescriptions were included,involving 149 traditional chinese medicines,which were used 706 times in a total.149 traditional chinese medicines can be classified into 20 categories according to their efficacy,among them,drugs for tonifying deficiency,regulating qi,clearing heat and promoting diuresis and dampness are among the top four,the medicinal properties are mostly warm and cold,and the taste is mostly bitter,sweet and pungent,the main meridians are spleen meridian and stomach meridian.12 core chinese medicine were screened out by topological data analysis.The most frequently used traditional chinese medicines are Poria cocos,Atractylodes macrocephala,tangerine peel,licorice,Shenqu,Angelica sinensis and Paeonia alba.38 groups of traditional chinese medicine combinations were obtained by association rule analysis,and four basic prescription are obtained by cluster analysis.The decision tree model with Poria cocos as the dependent variable showed that tangerine peel was the best to identify traditional chinese medicine and had important compatibility status.When selecting the plaster prescription for spleen and stomach disease,we should focus on the combination of cold and warm,reinforcement and elimination in combination,pungent opening and bitter descending,while tonifying deficiency and regulating qi,resolving heat and promoting blood circulation,clearing damp and promoting diuresis are the principles of the prescription.
