摘　　要：贝特类药物是调节血脂的常用药物,目前常见的贝特类药物剂型多作为口服速释制剂与缓释制剂。因该类药物普遍具有溶解性差的特点,因而针对固体分散技术和纳米递药技术等新型制剂技术的研究进行了综述,为贝特类药物的制剂研发提供了新的思路,并对应用过程中存在的问题提出了展望。Fibrates are commonly used drugs to regulate blood lipids.At present,most of the fibrates are oral immediate-release preparations and sustained-release preparations.Due to the characteristics of poor solubility of such drugs,the research of new preparation technologies such as solid dispersion technology and nano-drug delivery technology is reviewed,which provides new ideas for the formulation and development of fibrate drugs,and puts forward prospects for the problems existing in the application process.
