摘　　要：目的:对臭味假柴龙树Nothapodytes foetida(Wight)Sleumer的小枝部分进行化学成分研究。方法:采用硅胶、MIC、凝胶及大孔树脂等方法对生长于云南省勐腊县的臭味假柴龙树小枝的氯仿及正丁醇部分进行化学成分进行分离纯化,并通过理化性质、核磁共振、质谱及波普技术结合参考文献对化合物的结构进行鉴定。结果:从臭味假柴龙树小枝的90%甲醇提取浸膏中分离纯化得到6个化合物,分别鉴定为:(Z)-3-己烯基-O-β-D吡喃葡萄糖基-(1″→2′)-β-D吡喃葡萄糖苷(1),17-羟基-20-O-β-D吡喃葡萄糖苷(2)、9-β-D-葡萄糖氧基喜树碱(3)、对羟基苯甲酸(4)、对羟基苯甲醛(5)、香草醛(6)。结论:化合物(1)为首次从该属植物中发现并分离得到。Objective:To study the chemical constituents of the twigs of Nothapodytes foetida(Wight)Sleumer.Methods:The chloroform and n-butanol fractions of the twigs of N.foetida growing in Mengla County,Yunnan Province were separated and purified by silica gel,MIC,gel and macroporous resin,and the structure of the compound was identified by physical and chemical properties,nuclear magnetic resonance,mass spectrometry and pop technology combined with references.Results:Six compounds were isolated and purified from the 90%methanol extract of the branches of the smelly Pseudo Apodytes dimidiata tree,and identified as:(Z)-3-hexenyl-O-β-D-glucopyranosyl-(1″→2′)-β-D-glucopyranoside(1),17-hydroxy-20-O-β-D-glucopyranoside(2),9-β-D-glucosoxy Camptothecin(3),4-Hydroxybenzoic acid(4),p-hydroxy Benzaldehyde(5),Vanillin(6).Conclusion:Compound 1 was first discovered and isolated from this genus of plants.
