摘  要:在开车过程中,甲醇装置二氧化碳压缩机增速箱低速轴驱动端轴承振动异常,造成机组连锁跳车。从轴承系统装配数据、静电腐蚀、润滑油及频谱图谱等方面进行了分析排查,确认为轴瓦间隙变大,造成轴承系统稳定性变差,启机过程中转子失稳发生油膜涡动,最终导致跳车。During the start-up process of the carbon dioxide compressor in the methanol plant,the vibration of the bearing at the low-speed shaft drive end of the gearbox increased abnormally,causing the unit to trip in chain.This article analyzed and investigated the assembly data of the bearing system,electrostatic corrosion,lubricating oil,and spectrum spectrum,and confirmed that the increase in bearing clearance caused poor stability of the bearing system.During the start-up process,the rotor became unstable and oil film whirled,ultimately leading to the trip.
