摘 要:介绍了除盐水双级反渗透系统工艺,分析了影响双级反渗透装置除盐水电导率与产水量的主要因素,提出了通过控制进水的污染指数SDI,进水余氯、进水温度、反渗透系统运行压力、反渗透膜的污染状况、回收率等参数提高除盐水质量与产量的对策。对反渗透装置运行过程中存在的主要问题反渗透膜污染等做初步分析探讨,提出了控制与处置措施。The process of a two-stage reverse osmosis system for desalinated water was introduced,and the main factors affecting the conductivity and water yield of the desalinated water in the two-stage reverse osmosis device were analyzed.Measures were proposed to improve the quality and production of desalinated water by controlling the pollution index SDI of the inlet water,residual chlorine in the inlet water,inlet temperature,operating pressure of the reverse osmosis system,pollution status of the reverse osmosis membrane,recovery rate,and other parameters.Preliminary analysis and discussion were conducted on the main problems such as reverse osmosis membrane fouling during the operation of reverse osmosis devices,and control and disposal measures were proposed.
