浙江高职外贸人才与国际贸易产业耦合协调的实证研究

摘　　要：高等职业院校外贸人才与国际贸易产业耦合协调能反映两子系统间互相作用、彼此影响的关系,测度两者所构建的新系统功能完善和优化程度。通过构建两个系统的综合评价指标体系,分析2017—2021年浙江范围内高职外贸人才培养与新形势下国际贸易产业样本数据耦合协调情况,结果表明,两者耦合协调度呈现出“低水平发展陷阱”特征,在新常态下,高职院校应深化产教融合,构建可持续的外贸人才培养动态机制,加强人才供给侧结构性改革,促成两者耦合协调发展,助力双循环新发展格局的构建。The coupling and coordination assessment,between foreign trade talents from higher vocational colleges and international trade industry,characterizes their interactive and mutually influential relationship,as well as their degrees of functional perfection and optimization.By constructing two comprehensive evaluation index systems,this paper has analyzed the coupling and coordination degree with sample data collected in Zhejiang Province from 2017 to 2021.The coupling and coordination evaluation has shown that their relationship has been in a“low-level development trap”,that is to say,in the age of new normal,higher vocational colleges should deepen the integration of industry and education,build a sustainable and adjustable mechanism for the cultivation of foreign trade talents and strengthen the structural reform of the talents supply side,promoting their coupling and coordinated development,which will finally benefits the construction of double cycle.
