摘  要:钢管混凝土拱桥多为焊接结构,厂内制作时通常采用卧拼方式进行加工制造,而德余乌江特大桥采用了等宽变高度空间桁架结构,其拱肋与K撑和X撑,以及拱肋与公共腹杆间均采用栓接结构,仅采用常规卧拼制造工艺难以满足桁架拱的高精度栓接要求,所以德余乌江特大桥采用了全桥连续立拼工艺,保证了桁架拱的制造及桥位安装精度。结合德余乌江特大桥施工实例,阐述了大跨度装配式钢管拱立拼的施工步骤及工艺,为今后类似工程提供借鉴和参考。Concrete-filled steel tube arch bridges are mostly welded structures,which are usually processed and manufactured by horizontal splicing in the factory,while the Wujiang Major Bridge on the Dejiang-Yuqing Expressway adopts the spatial truss structure with equal width and variable height,and the bolted structure is adopted between the arch rib and the K-brace and between the arch rib and the public web.It is difficult to meet the requirements of high-precision bolt connection of truss arch only by conventional horizontal splicing manufacturing technology,so the Wujiang Major Bridge adopts the continuous vertical assembling process of the whole bridge to ensure the fabrication and installation accuracy of truss arch.Combined with the construction practice of Wujiang Major Bridge on the Dejiang-Yuqing Expressway,the construction procedure and technology of large-span fabricated steel pipe arch erection are expounded,which provides reference for similar projects in the future.
