摘  要:德余乌江特大桥为目前世界上首座跨径突破500 m的上承式钢管混凝土拱桥,其斜拉扣挂体系的拉索众多,如果采用传统循环分级拆索的方法,必定耗时耗力,且目前的拆索方法也缺乏优化理论。因此,本研究提出了“逐束拆索+自适应拆索顺序寻优”的方法。根据扣塔和交界墩偏位方向以及对应的每束位置扣索和背索的索力分布情况,自适应选择最优的那束扣背索进行拆除,使得在拆除此束扣背索后交界墩和扣塔的偏位波动最小,拆索全过程拱顶位移波动平缓,拉索的安全系数满足要求。最后,所提出的方法在德余乌江特大桥拆索中进行了完整应用,交界墩与扣塔的实测偏位与理论吻合较好,验证了所提方法的有效性。The Wujiang Major Bridge on the Dejiang-Yuqing Expressway is the first concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge with the main span length exceeding 500 m.With many cables in its cable-stayed buckling system,the traditional cyclic and graded dismantling method is bound to be time-consuming and labour-intensive,and the current dismantling method lacks optimization theory.According to the deflection direction of the buckling tower and the junction pier and the distribution of the buckling and backing ropes at each bundle position,the optimal bundle of buckling ropes is adaptively selected for removal,so that the deflection fluctuation of the junction pier and the buckling tower is minimized after the removal of this bundle of buckling ropes,the displacement fluctuation of the vault is gentle during the whole process of rope removal,and the safety factor of the ropes meets the requirements.Finally,the proposed method is fully applied in the dismantling of the De-Yu Expressway Wujiang Major Bridge,and the measured deflections of the junction pier and buckling tower are in good agreement with the theory,which verifies the effectiveness of the proposed method.The method proposed in this paper can also be used as a reference for subsequent similar projects.
