建筑垃圾全再生半刚性道路基层路用性能研究

摘　　要：建筑垃圾应用于道路工程建设具有重大经济、社会和环境效益。针对目前建筑垃圾再生骨料只用于替代部分天然骨料、缺乏试验工程验证等问题,对全部利用建筑垃圾再生骨料的再生半刚性道路基层材料性能进行试验研究,结合公路大修工程修建了全建筑垃圾再生道路基层试验路,并进行了长期跟踪检测。研究结果表明,全建筑垃圾再生道路基层材料具有良好的性能,满足相关规范要求。所铺筑的试验路路段的路面性能优良,平整度好于普通路段,但PCI总体水平略低于普通路段。研究为全建筑垃圾再生道路基层材料的进一步研究和应用提供了良好的参考。The application of construction waste in road engineering construction has significa economic,social and environmental benefits.In view of the current problems that the recycled aggregate from construction wastes are only used to replace some natural aggregates and lacking verification through project practice,the properties of all the recycled semi-rigid road base materials using recycled aggregates from construction waste are experimentally studied.Moreover,in combination with the highway major repair project,a whole construction waste recycling test road is built,on which a long-term tracking and inspection is carried out.The results show that the base material of the fully recycled road has good property and meets the requirements of relative criteria.With an outstanding pavement performance,the test road has a better flatness but a slightly lower level of PCI than ordinary roads.The study provides good reference for the further research and application of base materials of the fully recycled road base.
