摘 要:依托南京建宁西路大型地下互通立交中的特长跨江盾构隧道,借助FDS火灾动力学软件,对顶部排烟方式在特大火灾时控制与排出烟气的效果进行了分析,研究了在顶部排烟模式下不同排烟口长宽比和排烟阀组对隧道火灾时排烟与控烟效果的影响以及顶部排烟—双喷式空气幕系统的控排烟性能。研究表明:对于顶部集中排烟隧道,排烟口长宽比设置为6.0 m×1.0 m时排烟效率最佳,为83.33%;排烟阀组设置为4×60 m时烟气控制效果最佳;相较于顶部排烟与顶部排烟—单喷式空气幕系统,顶部排烟—双喷式空气幕系统的控排烟性能更好,在排烟量由260 m^(3)/s减少至100 m^(3)/s的前提下,烟气蔓延长度由200 m缩短至120 m,排烟效率由83.33%提升至93.80%,兼顾了安全性和经济性。Based on the extra-long river-crossing shield tunnel in a large underground interchange on West Jianning Road in Nanjing,the effectiveness of top smoke exhaust mode in controlling and exhausting smoke during a mega-fire is analyzed with the help of FDS fire dynamics software.The effect of different smoke venting aspect ratios and smoke venting valve sets on smoke exhaust and smoke control effects in the event of a fire in the tunnel under the top smoke exhaust mode are studied,as well as the smoke control and exhaust performance of the top smoke exhaust-double jet air curtain system.The study shows that:for the top centralized smoke exhaust tunnel,the smoke exhaust efficiency is best at 83.33%when the smoke exhaust port aspect ratio is set to 6.0 mX1.O m;the smoke control effect is best when the smoke exhaust valve set is 4×60 m.Compared to top exhaust and top exhaust-single jet air curtain system,top exhaust-double jet air curtain system has better smoke control performance.The smoke control performance of the system is better than that of the top smoke exhaust and single spray air curtain system.On the premise that the smoke exhaust volume is reduced from 260 m^(3)/s to 100 m^(3)/s,the smoke spread length is shortened from 200 m to 120 m,and the smoke exhaust efficiency is increased from 83.33%to 93.80%,with good safety and economy benefits.
