基于组合赋权-云模型的高层建筑工程保险费率厘定研究

摘　　要：鉴于建筑工程保险费率厘定存在一定的不足以及针对高层建筑工程保险费率科学厘定方法较少的现实,尝试提出一种具有较强针对性的工程保险费率厘定方法.构建了考虑人员、机械设备、管理、方案技术和环境等5个方面的多层次高层建筑工程施工风险指标体系;确定了高层建筑工程保险费率的厘定方法,即采用博弈论组合G1法和熵权法来确定指标的主客观权重,引入云模型评估高层建筑施工风险,将施工风险评价结果量化为调整系数,以增减法为基础厘定建筑工程保险费率;以某新建儿童健康大楼项目进行实例验证,结果表明:该项目施工风险等级为中等风险,计算得出工程保险纯费率约为2.560 4‰,与实际情况较为相符,验证了本文厘定方法的可行性.In view of the fact that there are some inadequacies in the premium rate determination of the building insurance and that there are few scientific methods for the premium rate determination of high-rise building insurance,this paper puts forward a method of determining engineering insurance premium rate with strong pertinence.A construction risk index system of multi-level high-rise building engineering is constructed,which takes into consideration the five aspects of personnel,mechanical equipment,management,scheme technology and environment,and a method for premium rate of high-rise building engineering is determined,that is,the combination of the game theory G1 method and entropy weight method is used to determine the subjective and objective weights of the indexes.A cloud model is introduced to evaluate the construction risk of high-rise buildings,the insurance premium rate of construction engineering is determined based on the addition and subtraction method,a case study of a new children′s health building project is carried out,and the calculated net premium rate of engineering insurance is about 2.5604‰,which is in accordance with the actual situation and thus the feasibility of this method is verified.
