摘  要:随着计算机控制技术的快速发展和列车智能化需求的不断提高,多功能车辆总线(MVB)已经成为轨道交通主流的列车通信协议。为了保障列车运行的安全可靠性,实现列车运行状态下的故障诊断与健康管理,需要对MVB总线进行通信质量监测分析,加强对MVB自身数据的物理层研究,本研究提出了一种基于C#语言的MVB总线信号质量分析方案,实现MVB总线物理波形的数据采集存储、波形还原和一致性质量分析,以满足轨道交通车载MVB网络设计开发、现场调试、故障分析与健康管理等需求。依据IEC 61375-3-2标准中MVB一致性测试对波形相关参数的规定,重点研究MVB波形帧头和帧尾的相关参数测试与分析方法,开发了基于Windows平台的图形化MVB信号质量分析软件,并在实验室环境下,搭建测试平台,进行功能测试。测试表明软件运行良好,测试结果准确。With the rapid development of computer control technology and the increasing demand for train intelligence,Multifunctional Vehicle Bus(MVB)has become the mainstream train communication protocol in rail transit.In order to guarantee the safety and reliability of train running and realize the fault diagnosis and health management in train operation,it is necessary to monitor and analyze the communication quality of MVB bus and strengthen the research on physical layer of MVB own data.The paper proposes a C#-based MVB bus signal quality analysis scheme to realize data acquisition and storage,waveform restoration and consistency quality analysis of MVB bus physical waveform,so as to meet the needs of rail transit on-board MVB network design and development,field debugging,fault analysis and health management.According to IEC 61375-3-2 standard for MVB conformance test of waveform related parameters,we have put the focus on the test and analysis methods of MVB waveform frame header and footer related parameters,developed a graphical MVB signal quality analysis software based on Windows platform,and built a test platform in the laboratory environment for functional testing.Tests show that the software runs well and the results are accurate.
