摘  要:随着“八纵八横”高速铁路网的全面建成,“交通强国”“一带一路”等国家战略发展格局的深入,我国铁路运输密度逐年增加,铁路钢轨更换周期一般约为5~6年,即每年需更换20%的钢轨,全路每年换轨工作量达上万公里[1],目前国内运轨车可通过的最小曲线半径相对较大,作业工况有一定的约束性,现存换轨运输车作业单一、自动化程度相对较低。为适应时代发展,本文从车组组成、技术参数、结构、电气系统、联动装置、锁轨道装置、计算、试验及运用多个方面介绍了一款采用电气化施工、配备安全监测、工具供电、作业照明等经济适用、可自由编组作业的自装卸钢轨运输车。With the full completion of the“Eight vertical and eight horizontal high-speed railway”and deepening of the national strategic development pattern of“A Country with Strong Transportation Network”,“The Belt and Road”and so on,China’s railway transport density is increasing year by year.The steel rail replacement cycle is generally about 5~6 years,which means that 20%of the rails need to be replaced every year,and the annual rail replacement workload of the entire railway reaches tens of thousands of kilometers[1].The minimum negotiable curve radius of the current domestic rail-carrying wagon is relatively large,and the operating conditions have certain constraints.Due to the disadvantages of single operation,relatively low level of automation etc.,and in order to respond to the call of the times,this paper introduces an economical and freely composed self-loading and unloading rail carrying wagon using electrified construction,equipped with safety monitoring,tool power supply,operation lighting,etc.from multiple aspects such as train composition,technical parameters,structure,electrical system,linkage device,locking track device,calculation,test and application.
