摘 要:采用共沉淀法制备了Zn-Al类水滑石前体,考察了不同煅烧温度下制备的Zn/Al复合氧化物催化剂对尿素和乙二醇合成碳酸乙烯酯(EC)收率的影响。结果表明,873 K温度下煅烧的催化剂在反应中表现出最高的催化活性,EC收率为91.1%,催化剂重复使用4次活性没有降低。通过TG、XRD对催化剂进行了表征,并采用ICP测定了该复合氧化物中Zn、Al在反应体系中的化学溶解量,考察了溶解情况和收率之间的关系,结果发现适当Al的溶解能够与Zn起到很好的协同作用,从而促进EC的合成。Zn-Al hydrotalcite-like precursors are prepared via co-precipitation method,and the influences of Zn-Al composite oxides catalysts prepared at different calcination temperature on the yield of ethylene carbonate made from urea and ethylene glycol are investigated.The results show that the catalyst calcined at 873 K shows the highest catalytic activity in the reaction,with an ethylene carbonate yield of 91.1%.The catalyst has kept its activity after it has been reused for four times.It is characterized by means of TG and XRD.The chemical dissolution amount of Zn and Al of the catalyst in the reaction system is determined by means of ICP,and the relationship between dissolution amount and yield is investigated.It is found that appropriate dissolution of Al can play a good synergistic role with Zn to promote the synthesis of ethylene carbonate.
