摘 要:以十八烷基三氯硅烷(OTS)为硅烷化试剂,制备了一系列硅烷化改性的Beta分子筛催化剂。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、N_(2)吸附-脱附比表面仪(BET)、热重分析仪(TG)、接触角测量仪等对所制备催化剂的物化性质进行表征,并研究了其催化乙酰丙酸(LA)与正丁醇合成乙酰丙酸正丁酯(BL)的性能。结果表明,硅烷化改性可向Beta分子筛引入硅烷化基团并有效提高催化剂的疏水性,进而促进LA在催化剂上酯化为BL。Using octadecyl trichlorosilane(OTS)as modifying reagent,a series of silane-modified Beta molecular catalysts are prepared.The physicochemical properties of the prepared catalyst are systematically characterized by means of X-ray diffractometry,N_(2) adsorption-desorption surface area analyzer,thermogravimetric analyzer and contact angle measurement,and their catalytic performance for the synthesis of n-butyl levulinate from levulinic acid and n-butanol is studied.It is indicated that the modification led by silane can effectively improve the hydrophobicity of the catalyst by adding the silane group into Beta molecular sieve,which in turn promote the esterification of levulinic acid to n-butyl levulinate on the catalyst.
