基于螺旋聚异腈的手性荧光材料的制备及光学性能研究

摘  要:通过炔-钯(Ⅱ)催化剂引发异腈单体L-1聚合制备得到单一手性的螺旋聚异腈poly-L-1_(100),将poly-L-1_(100)与螺吡喃(Sp)、丹酰氯(DNSCl)、萘(Np)等荧光分子的四氢呋喃溶液进行简单的混合,即可将螺旋聚异腈poly-L-1_(100)的手性成功转移到荧光分子上,被诱导的荧光分子在高浓度时也未出现荧光淬灭的现象。利用核磁氢谱、凝胶渗透色谱仪、圆二色谱仪和荧光分光光度计等手段对混合溶液进行了表征。结果表明,所制备的手性荧光聚合物在载药、生物标记等领域具有潜在的应用价值。Single-chirality helical polyisocyanide(poly-L-1_(100))is prepared through polymerization of isocyanide monomer(L-1)using alkyne palladium(Ⅱ)as initiator.After mixing poly-L-1_(100) and the tetrahydrofuran solution of fluorescent molecules including spiropyran,danoylchloride and naphthalene,the chirality of poly-L-1_(100) can be transferred onto fluorescent molecules successfully.Moreover,fluorescence quenching does not occur even at the high concentration of fluorescent molecules induced.The experiment results are confirmed by means of 1H NMR,size exclusion chromatography,circular dichroism and fluorescence spectrophotometer.It is verified that the prepared chiral fluorescent polymer has potential application in the fields of drug carrier,biomarker and so on.
