摘 要:以NiCl_(2)·6H_(2)O为镍源、NaBH4为还原剂、Al_(2)O_(3)为载体,采用化学还原法制备Ni-B/Al_(2)O_(3)非晶态催化剂。通过XRD、SEM、XPS和BET对催化剂进行表征。考察了催化剂制备和加氢反应过程中Ni/B摩尔比、干燥温度、催化剂负载量、反应时间和反应温度对催化性能的影响。结果表明,当Ni/B摩尔比为0.16、干燥温度为40℃、催化剂负载质量分数为2.36 g/g、反应时间为1.5 h、反应温度为100℃时,顺酐转化率达到100%,丁二酸酐收率达到99.3%。Ni-B/Al_(2)O_(3)amorphous catalyst is prepared via chemical reduction method with NiCl_(2)·6H_(2)O as nickel source,NaBH4 as reducing agent and Al_(2)O_(3)as carrier.The prepared catalysts are characterized by means of XRD,SEM,XPS and BET.The effects of Ni/B molar ratio,drying temperature,catalyst loading amount,reaction time and reaction temperature on catalytic performance during catalyst preparation and hydrogenation are investigated.It is shown that the conversion of maleic anhydride reaches 100%,the yield of succinic anhydride achieves 99.3%when the Ni/B molar ratio is 0.16,the drying temperature is 40℃,the catalyst loading amount is 2.36 g·g^(-1),the reaction time is 1.5 h,and the reaction temperature is 100℃.
