摘 要:以末端氯甲酸烯丙酯作为识别位点,3-羟基黄酮衍生物作为荧光团,通过特定的钯触发的裂解过程设计并合成了一种有较大红移的新型Pd^(2+)荧光探针(ZRC)。利用紫外-可见吸收光谱和荧光发射光谱研究了探针ZRC对Pd^(2+)的识别效果,结果表明,探针ZRC在温和条件下对溶液中的Pd^(2+)具有快速响应、高选择性和高灵敏度,检测限低至3.2 nmol/L。此外,探针ZRC还成功应用于斑马鱼体和实际液体样品中的Pd^(2+)检测。2-(5-Bromothiophen-2-yl)-4-oxy-4h-chroene-3-yl acrylate(ZRC),a novel Pd^(2+)fluorescent probe with significant red shift,is designed and synthesized through a specific palladium triggered cleavage process by using allyl chloroformate as the recognition site and 3-hydroxyflavonoid derivatives as the fluorescent group.The detection effect of ZRC probe on Pd^(2+)is studied by means of UV-Vis absorption spectra and fluorescence emission spectra.It is indicated that ZRC probe shows fast response,high selectivity and high sensitivity to Pd^(2+)in solution under mild conditions.The detection limit is as low as 3.2 nM.In addition,ZRC probe is also successfully applied to detect Pd^(2+)in zebrafish body and actual water samples.
