摘　　要：2022年,世界跌倒指南工作组发布了《全球老年人跌倒预防和管理指南》。本文对指南的重要推荐内容进行解读,旨在为临床医护人员提供最新的循证证据,促进证据的临床转化,为我国医疗护理工作提供最佳指导。In 2022,the World Falls Guidelines Working Group released the World Guidelines for Falls Prevention and Management for Older Adults.This article interprets the important recommended content of the guidelines,aiming to provide clinical medical and nursing staff with the latest evidence-based evidence,promote the clinical conversion of evidence,and provide the best guidance for medical and nursing work in China.
