升降散加味对吉西他滨所致血小板减少症的临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察升降散加味对化疗所致血小板减少症(chemotherapy induced thrombocytopenia,CIT)的疗效。方法将60例拟吉西他滨化疗患者随机分为对照组与中药组。对照组患者予吉西他滨联合西医基础对症治疗,中药组患者在对照组治疗基础上加服升降散加味。化疗2个疗程后,观察2组患者化疗后第4、7、10、14天血小板(platelet,PLT)计数与PLT最低值,以及PLT<75×10^(9)/L与PLT<100×10^(9)/L的持续时间。结果中药组患者化疗后PLT计数高于对照组,尤其在化疗后第7、10、14天差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);中药组患者PLT持续时间较对照组明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论预防性应用升降散加味可有效防治吉西他滨致血小板减少症,值得临床推广。Objective To observe the effect of Adding Shengjiang Powder in the treatment of chemotherapy induced thrombocytopenia.Methods Sixty patients preparing for chemotherapy with gemcitabine were enrolled as observation objects.They were randomly divided into treatment group and control group.The control group was treated by basic western medicine,while in the treatment group,the Adding Shengjiang Powder was added besides the basic western medicine.After two-cycle chemotherapy,the platelet count on the 4 th,7 th,10 th and 14 th day after chemotherapy,the minimum value of platelet and the duration of platelet less than 75×10^(9)/L and less than 100×10^(9)/L were observed between the two groups.Results The platelet count of treatment group was significantly higher than that of the control group,especially on the 7 th,10 th and 14 th day after chemotherapy(P<0.05).The duration of platelet less than 75×10^(9)/L and less than 100×10^(9)/L in treatment group were significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Preventive application of Adding Shengjiang Powder can effectively prevent and control gemcitabine induced thrombocytopenia,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
