摘 要:采用冶金法制备了四种不同Sc、Zr添加量的Al-6Mg-0.6Mn合金铸锭,利用金相显微镜、SEM及EBSD等手段研究了Sc、Zr添加量对合金铸态组织的影响。结果表明:在Al-6Mg-0.6Mn合金中添加w(Sc)=0.15%和w(Zr)=0.10%的Sc、Zr即可消除铸态枝晶网,获得明显细化的铸态组织;熔铸中粗大的Al3(ScZr)粒子不能起到细化晶粒的作用,反而恶化合金组织,进而对力学性能产生不利影响,应该严格加以控制。The four kinds of Al-6Mg-0.6Mn alloy ingot with different amounts of Sc and Zr were prepared by metallurgy.The effects of different amounts of Sc and Zr on the microstructure of as-cast alloys were studied by means of metallographic microscope,SEM and EBSD.The results show that the as-cast dendritic net can be eliminated and the as-cast microstructure can be refined obviously by adding w(Sc)=0.15%Sc and w(Zr)=0.10%Zr to the Al-6Mg-0.6Mn alloy.The coarse Al,(ScZr)particles in the melting and casting can not refine the grain size,but deteriorate the microstructure and adversely affect the mechanical properties,so it should be strictly controlled.
