摘　　要：对采用不同的合金成分﹑铸锭均匀化退火﹑表面车削等工艺因素水平生产的OPC感光鼓用6063铝合金管材进行实验对比,通过扫描电镜﹑金相显微镜﹑电子万能试验机﹑表面粗糙度仪等仪器设备的检测分析,掌握不同工艺因素对感光鼓用6063铝合金管材质量的影响,从而找到更优的生产工艺。采用优化后的工艺生产的感光鼓用6063铝合金管材质量满足了市场的要求。Different alloy compositions,ingot homogenization annealing,surface turning and other production process parameters were tested and compared on 6063 aluminum alloy pipes for OPC photosensitive drums.The inspection and analysis were then conducted through scanning electron microscopy,metallographic microscopy,electronic universal testing machine,surface roughness meter,etc.The influence of different process parameters on the quality of 6063 aluminum alloy pipes used for photosensitive drums was mastered,so as to find better production processes.The quality of 6063 aluminum alloy pipes for photosensitive drums produced using optimized processes meets market requirements.
