摘  要:浙皖苏(主要包括浙北、浙西、皖南和苏南)志留系唐家坞组及其相关地层在命名、划分和对比上长期存在争议。根据新的化石证据和海相红层分布特点,借鉴上扬子区志留系岩石地层划分方案,本文为研究区志留系对比提出新的认识。本研究以志留系第一套红层(灰绿色为主,夹紫红色碎屑岩)的首现为唐家坞组、康山组和举坑组底界的识别标志,厘定各组的含义。唐家坞组以青灰色碎屑岩占优势(厚500~1000 m),紫红色岩层在下部发育,分布于浙江富阳、杭州、桐庐、建德和淳安等地。康山组为一套巨厚(厚逾2000m)、青灰或黄绿色为主、上下均夹紫红色的碎屑岩,分布在浙江安吉、长兴,以及江苏吴县、无锡等地。举坑组已知仅分布在命名地皖南黄山区,本文识别出举坑组下段(第一套红层)和上段(第二套红层),分别相当于康山组和茅山组,中段(不夹紫红色岩层)产秀山动物群特征分子王冠虫(Coronocephalus)等,其中、上段是否在黄山区以东地区发育,尚待深入研究。综合上述三组及其下伏地层(大白地组、河沥溪组等非紫红色碎屑岩)所产几丁虫、鱼类、三叶虫和腕足类等化石,将这三组的底界置于埃隆阶上部。皖苏侯家塘组(含少量紫红色碎屑岩)因底部产湖南笔石(Hunanodendrum)而暂归埃隆阶顶部—特列奇阶下部。生物地层新资料证实,本区志留系最高层位是举坑组上段(特列奇阶中上部),缺失特列奇阶顶部、温洛克统、罗德洛统和普里道利统。由此表明,本区与扬子其他地区志留系发育的同步性:温洛克世之前整个扬子台地已大规模上升成陆,此即扬子上升的开始。The age of the Silurian Tangchiawu Formation and its related strata(with marine red beds)in eastern part of South China has been controversial.By referring to the Silurian lithostratigraphic division in the Upper-Central Yangtze Platform,this paper revises the meaning(definition)of the Tangchiawu,Kangshan and Jukeng formations occurring in the upper part of the Silurian rocks in the study area,and takes(defines)the first set of the Silurian marine red beds(ie.bluish gray and grayish green with purplish red clastic rocks)as the marker of their bottom boundaries.This marker indicates the beginning of the first major marine oxygenation event in the eastern part of South China in Silurian.The Tangchiawu Formation is dominated by the bluish and grayish green clastic rocks,consisting of mostly fine-grained sandstone,argillaceous siltstone,and mudstone intercalated with thin and rare purple red rocks in the lower part of the formation,and mainly distributed in Fuyang,Hangzhou,Tonglu,Jiande,Chun'an and a few other places.The Kangshan Formation was usually regarded as a lithological unit underlying the Tangchiawu Formation,and is composed of a set of super-thick,blue-grey-yellow sandstone,siltstone and rare mudstone,intercalated with purplish red clastic rocks in the entire formation.It is commonly distributed in the border region between Zhejiang,Anhui and Jiangsu provinces,such as Anji and Changxing(northern Zhejiang Province)and Wuxian and Wuxi(southern Jiangsu Province).This paper confirms for the first time that the typical Jukeng Formation at the named section in Jukeng,Xianyuan,Huangshan District,southern Anhui Province can be subdivided into three members:the Lower and Upper members representing the first and second sets of the Silu rian marine red beds in the study area and corresponding approximately to the Kangshan and Maoshan formations respectively.The trilobite Coronocephalus,one of the distinctive representatives of the Xiushan Fauna in the Xiushan,Xiajiaqiao,and Fentou formations in the Yangtze Region,was
