摘　　要：针对目前标准温度计价格昂贵、结构复杂、精度低等问题,本文设计了一种高精密一体式铂电阻数字温度计。首先,对铂电阻数字温度计的核心部件进行设计与选型,并对传感器接线、恒流源电路、比例测温电路等主要电路进行设计,使温度计的测温精度达到±0.05℃;然后,对高精密一体式铂电阻数字温度计进行长期稳定性和温度冲击试验,试验结果表明,在多种工况下,温度计测温精度均可达到±0.05℃,年稳定性在0.1℃内,复现性在0.05℃内;最后,对温度计进行不确定度分析,确定温度计的不确定度来源并计算出扩展不确定度,最终得出温度计扩展不确定度约为0.035℃,满足精密测温需求,可以作为常见工业温度计检定用标准器。We designed a high precision integrated platinum resistance digital thermometer to solve the problems about complex structure,low accuracy and expensive.First,the core components of platinum resistance digital thermometer are designed and selected,and the main circuits such as sensor wiring,constant current source circuit and proportional temperature measurement circuit are designed,so that the temperature measurement accuracy of the thermometer can reach±0.05℃;then,we tested the long-term stability and temperature shock of the high-precision integrated platinum resistance digital thermometer.The test results showed the temperature measurement accuracy of the thermometer could reach±0.05℃under various working conditions,the annual stability was within 0.1℃,and the repeatability was within 0.05℃.Finally,we determined the source of the uncertainty of the thermometer and calculated the extended uncertainty,the extended uncertainty of the thermometer was about 0.035℃,this can meet the requirements of precision temperature measurement and can be used as the standard for common industrial thermometer verification.
