摘 要:针对原子荧光光度计测定汞时极易出现所需预热时间长、仪器稳定性差、荧光值漂移等问题,使用了自制高强度空心阴极汞灯控温装置。自制温控装置通过温度补偿模块可实现±0.3℃范围内的精确控温,提高仪器稳定性。结果表明,将温度控制在30~40℃且灯电流小于20 mA时,仪器测量受温度变化的影响相对较小,可以明显改善仪器的信噪比,有助于提升测定汞的数据精准度。此外,由本研究中的实际样品测试结果可见,将汞灯控制在35℃左右范围内,测试值的精密度与准确度最佳。Atomic fluorescence spectrophotometer is prone to suffer the problems such as long preheating time,poor instrument stability,and fluorescence value drift when measuring mercury.A self-made high-strength hollow cathode mercury lamp temperature control device is employed to solve these problems.This temperature control device can achieve the accurate temperature control within±0.3℃through the temperature compensation module,thus improving the stability of the instrument.It is shown that the measurement of the instrument is less affected by the temperature change when the temperature is controlled at 30-40℃and the lamp current is less than 20 mA.It can also significantly improve the signal-to-noise ratio of the instrument,which helps to enhance the accuracy of the data for the determination of mercury.In addition,it can be seen from the actual sample test results that the test values are the best precision and accuracy if the mercury lamp in controlled at around 35℃.
