摘  要:九牧永春智慧产业园输送线通廊采用桁架结构,其支承的提升机塔架采用钢框架-支撑结构,存在工艺复杂,场地受限等制约因素。设计中通过合理运用滑动支座,解决了桁架支承部位水平传力集中、塔架倾覆力矩过大的问题,降低了工程造价;同时利用V形柱和抗拔桩的设置,提高了结构的防倒塌能力。计算结果表明,结构各项指示满足规范要求,保证了结构设计的安全可靠和经济合理。The belt-conveyor corridor in JOMOO Yongchun Smart Industrial Park adopts a truss structure,and the hoist tower supported by it adopts a steel frame-support structure,which has constraints such as complex technology and limited site.Through the rational use of sliding support in the design,the problems of concentrated horizontal force transmission at the support part of the truss and excessive overturning moment ofthe tower are solved,and the project cost is reduced;At the same time,the anti-collapse ability of the structure is improved by using the setting of V-shaped columns and uplift piles.The calculation results show that the indicators of the structure meet the requirements of the code and ensure the safety,reliability andeconomic rationality ofthe structure design.
