摘　　要：随着我国城市基础设施建设的快速发展,为保证建筑物的使用功能、安全性和耐久性,对工程的防水要求越来越高,对防水设计、施工工艺以及所使用的防水材料品种、规格、质量提出了更严格的要求。论文针对位于高水位沿海地区案例工程的特点进行研究,从地下室防水材料的选用、地下室防水施工工艺、地下室防水关键部位处理3方面入手,论述特定地区地下室防水施工的控制措施。With the rapid development of urban infrastructure construction in China,in order to ensure the use function,safety and durability ofbuildings,the waterproofrequirements for the project are getting higher and higher.Accordingly,stricter requirements are put forward for the waterproofdesign,construction technology and the type,specification and quality of waterproofmaterials used.This paper is based on the study of the characteristics ofthe high water level in the coastal area ofthis project.Starting from the selection of basement waterproofmaterials,the basement waterproof construction technology,and the treatment of the key parts of basement waterproof,this paper discusses the control measures for the basement waterpro of construction in specific areas.
