摘　　要：北京城市副中心C0305行政办公及商业配套项目的监理任务的多样化对监理公司的要求也带来了挑战。本工程监理项目部配备了设计监理、驻场监理、BIM监理、信息监理等人员,满足了工程需要,也为设计监理、驻场监理、BIM监理等新增业务增长点提供了成功的案例,并取得了良好的效果。论文主要对组织结构的建立、设计监理的应用、驻场监理及BIM技术的应用进行详细介绍。The diversification of supervision tasks for Beijing Municipal Deputy Center C0305 administrative office and commercial supporting project brings challenges to the requirements of the supervision company.The supervision project department of this project is equipped with design supervision,on-site supervision,BIM supervision,information supervision and other personnel,which meets the needs of the project,but also provides successful cases for design supervision,on-site supervision,BIM supervision and other new business growth points,and has achieved good results.This paper mainly introduces the establishment of organizational structure,the application of design supervision,on-site supervision andtheapplication ofBIM technology indetail.
