摘　　要：立足于当前施工管理企业的内部管理现状,介绍BIM技术与ERP系统的基本概况,探究将BIM技术与ERP技术进行整合应用的必要性与可行性,提出相关的应用对策,如基于BIM与ERP完善各阶段成本管理,基于BIM与ERP开展项目综合管理,构建施工管理流程节点中的人员权责。in this paper,based on the current internal management status of construction management enterprises,the basic overview of BIM technology and ERP system is introduced,the necessity and feasibility ofintegrating the application ofBIM technology and ERP technology are explored,and relevant application countermeasures are proposed,as improving the cost management at all stages based on BIM and ERP,carrying out comprehensive project management based on BIM and ERP,and constructing the rights and responsibilities of personnel in the nodes ofthe construction management process.
