摘 要:合理施用氮肥对菠菜产量和品质的形成具有重要作用。为探索菠菜生产最佳的氮肥施用方案,以华菠一号菠菜为试验材料,设置6个氮水平处理,研究不同氮肥水平对菠菜产量和品质的影响。结果表明:在磷钾肥等条件一致的前提下,氮肥用量150 kg/hm^(2)的处理菠菜产量最高,达到37 383.45 kg/hm^(2),较不施氮肥的对照增产37.29%;VC含量、可溶性蛋白含量、可溶性固形物含量均最高,分别达到316.78 mg/kg、16.14 mg/g、7.58%,菠菜品质最好。该氮肥施用水平可在生产中进一步推广。Reasonable application of nitrogen fertilizer plays an important role in the yield and quality formation of Spinacia oleracea L.In order to explore the optimal nitrogen fertilizer application plan for Spinacia oleracea L.production,this paper studied the effects of different nitrogen fertilizer levels on yield and quality of Spinacia oleracea L.by using Huabo 1(Spinacia oleracea L.variety)as the experimental material,and setting up six nitrogen levels.The results showed that under the same application of phosphorus and potassium fertilizers,the treatment with a nitrogen fertilizer dosage of 150 kg/hm^(2) had the highest yield of Spinacia oleracea L.,reaching 37383.45 kg/hm^(2),which increased by 37.29%compared with the control without nitrogen fertilizer application.The VC content,soluble protein content and soluble solid content were all the highest,reaching 316.78 mg/kg,16.14 mg/g,and 7.58%,respectively,Spinacia oleracea L.had the best quality.The level of nitrogen fertilizer application can be further promoted in production.
