摘　　要：近年来,我国畜牧业蓬勃发展,人工授精技术得到了不断完善和发展。为了更大限度地提高母畜受胎率和充分利用优秀种公畜基因,全国各地广泛推广和应用人工授精技术。本文结合实践经验总结了早胜牛采精及细管冻精制作技术,具体包括种公牛的选择与饲养管理、采精技术、精液检测、细管冻精制作以及保存、运输和解冻、利用等方面内容,以期促进早胜牛优良种质资源的保种和开发利用。In recent years,China's animal husbandry has flourished,and artificial insemination technology has been continuously improved and developed.In order to maximize the conception rate of female animals and fully utilize the genes of excellent breeding male animals,artificial insemination technology is widely promoted and applied through-out the country.This paper summarized the semen collection and fine tube frozen semen production technology for Zaosheng cattle based on practical experience,including the selection and feeding management of breeding bulls,semen collection technology,semen testing,fine tube frozen semen production,preservation,transportation,thawing and utiliza-tion,so as to promote the conservation and development of excellent germplasm resources of Zaosheng cattle.
