摘 要:儿童临终关怀旨在改善患有危及生命疾病的儿童及其家庭的生活质量。美国儿童临终关怀有以下显著特点:服务机构多、受众人群广、资金有保障;重视患儿及家庭的不同需要,并据此开展个性化服务;通过跨学科团队合作,开展音乐治疗等综合措施,为患儿及家庭提供多样化照护。借鉴美国的经验,结合我国儿童临终关怀服务的现状,为推动我国儿童临终关怀事业的发展,实践中应坚持以患儿为主体、以家庭为中心的价值导向,增设儿童临终病房和社会服务机构,建设多学科融合的服务团队和模式,科学应用音乐治疗等综合性非医疗手段。Children’s hospice care aims to improve the quality of life for children with lifethreatening illnesses and their families.There are many hospice care service institutions for children in the United States,with a guaranteed fund.These institutions emphasize the different needs of children and families,and provide personalized services,and provide diverse care through interdisciplinary teamwork.In order to promote the development of children’s hospice care in our country,we should adhere to the value orientation of taking children as the main body and family as the center in practice,increase the number of children’s hospice wards and social service institutions,build a multidisciplinary service team and model,and scientifically apply music therapy and other comprehensive nonmedical methods.
