水淹气藏型地下储气库提高库存动用关键技术——以板中北储气库为例

摘  要:国内已建的地下储气库(以下简称储气库)大部分是由水淹气藏改建而成,为了进一步提高水淹气藏型储气库库存动用程度,进而实现储气库达容达产高效运行,以板中北储气库为例,深度剖析注采气运行各项指标及周期扩容达产能力,分析了影响库存动用的因素,提出了提高库存动用关键技术和措施,优化了储气库运行的关键参数。研究结果表明:①水侵气藏流体分布复杂、注采速度、气井产水、压力差异、井网井距是影响储气库库存动用程度的主要因素;②建立了不同区带单井合理配注方法,实现储气库均衡驱替,提高储气库波及效率;③建立了含水气井产能修正数学模型,指导了含水气井的合理配产,延长了生产时间,提高了水淹区库存的利用率;④论证了合理井网井距,优化了注采结构和地面压缩机配置,地下地面整体联动,实现了储气库差异化、精细化注采气,提高了气驱扩容效率。结论认为,板中北水淹气藏型储气库库存动用关键技术的研究与应用,将储气库库存动用程度提高了近10%,有效指导了水淹气藏型储气库的高效运行,对同类储气库库存分析与动用提供了借鉴和参考。Underground gas storages(hereinafter referred to as UGSs)that have been built in China are mostly rebuilt from flooded gas reservoirs.In order to further improve the storage utilization degree of these UGSs,reach the designed storage capacity and production and realize efficient operation,this paper deeply dissects all gas injection and production indexes,cyclic storage capacity expansion and production ability and the influential factors of storage utilization by taking Banzhongbei UGS as an example.In addition,the technologies and measures for improving storage utilization are put forward,and the key parameters of UGS operation are optimized.And the following research results are obtained.First,the complex fluid distribution,injection and production rate,water producing gas well,pressure difference,well pattern and well spacing in water invaded gas reservoirs are the main factors influencing the storage utilization degree.Second,a single-well reasonable injection allocation method is established for different zones,so as to realize balanced displacement and improve the sweep efficiency in UGSs.Third,a mathematical model of water bearing gas well productivity correction is established,which guides the reasonable production allocation of water bearing gas wells,prolongs the service life and improves the storage utilization rate of flooded zones.Fourth,the reasonable well pattern and well spacing is demonstrated,the injection and production structure and the surface compressor configuration are optimized,and underground and ground are linked overall,so as to realize differential and fine gas injection and production and improve the storage expansion efficiency of gas displacement.In conclusion,the research and application of the key technologies for the storage utilization of Banzhongbei flooded gas-reservoir UGS increases the storage utilization degree by nearly 10%,which provides effective guidance for the efficient operation of flooded gas-reservoir UGSs and reference for the storage analysis and utilization of
