摘  要:某水泥生产线辊压机投用时间早、选型小,水泥半终粉磨系统存在电耗高、产量低等问题。通过将现有2台小型辊压机与1台球磨机组成“二拖一”双闭路半终粉磨系统,另新增一套大型辊压机系统,提高了辊压机能效利用率,改善了运行压力偏差,增强了破碎能力;同时,通过将球磨机磨内结构由二仓改为三仓,三仓采用陶瓷球研磨体,更换防堵型隔仓板、出磨篦板,优化活化环结构等,改善了水泥颗粒级配。改造后,水泥粉磨系统综合电耗稳定在22kW·h/t左右,产量由190t/h提升至325~335t/h,为水泥生产节能降碳提供了重要技术途径。Due to factors such as early input of roller presses,small selection,the cement semi-final grinding system has problems such as high power consumption and low output.By combining the existing two small roller presses with one ball mill to form a"two drag one"double closed circuit semi-final grinding system,and adding a large roller press system,the energy efficiency utilization rate of the roller press has been improved,the operating pressure deviation has been improved,and the crushing capacity has been enhanced.At the same time,by changing the internal structure of the ball mill from two chambers to three chambers,using ceramic ball grinding bodies in the third chamber,replacing anti blocking ball mill partition plates and discharge grate plates,optimizing activation rings,etc.,the cement particle grading has been optimized.The comprehensive power consumption of cement grinding has been stabilized at around 22kW·h/t,and the system output has been increased from 190t/h to 325~335t/h,providing an important technical approach for energy conservation and carbon reduction in cement production.
