摘　　要：基于智能化、信息化背景下的数字化应急预案系统,详细阐述了其设计方案、系统功能及应用案例,并讨论了重大传染性疾病领域的特殊应用需求;就应急科技的发展,提出四项新型技术与数字化应急预案设计系统相结合的方式。数字化应急预案系统在制定速度、规范化、可视化方面具有先天性优势,还可以在动态情景下快速响应,对保障人民生命财产安全有着重要的现实意义。Based on the digital emergency planning system in the context of intelligence and informationization,this paper elabo⁃rates its design scheme,system functions and application cases,and discusses the special application needs in the field of major infec⁃tious diseases;on the development of emergency science and technology,it proposes a combination of four new types of technology and digital emergency planning design system.The digital emergency plan system has inherent advantages in formulation speed,standard⁃ization and visualization,and can also respond quickly in dynamic scenarios,which is of great practical significance for safeguarding people's lives and properties.
