摘  要:通过分析核心网前后端信令话务模型及构建流控模型,提出了在信令风暴发生前后各阶段的预防、抑制、丢弃和隔离措施。并进一步将核心网流控策略细化为:核心网前端精准流控、分级流控、前端流控和出向流控的部署策略,构建了有效防护核心网网元信令风暴的流控方案。并通过千万级用户DC间容灾倒换演练,成功验证了方案的可行性。s:In this paper,by analyzing the core network front-end and back-end signaling traffic models and constructing a flow control model,we propose prevention,suppression,discarding,and isolation measures at various stages before and after the occurrence of signaling storms.The flow control strategy of core network is further refined into the deployment strategies of front-end precise flow control,hierarchical flow control,front-end flow control and outward flow control,and a flow control scheme is constructed to effective⁃ly protect the core network elements from signaling storms.The feasibility of the program has been successfully verified through a disas⁃ter recovery drill among ten million user DCs.
