摘  要:为了减小飞行器的多基站雷达散射截面,增加天线系统的隐身功能,提出一种基于超表面的超宽带隐身天线罩模型,该模型具有低频吸收、高频传输的特性。提出的天线罩由位于上层的吸波结构和位于下层的频率选择结构组成。上层由两个π型金属结构与工型金属结构组合而成,中间通过电阻元件连接,下层由“X”字型周期缝隙结构组成,每个周期结构中一个电阻层结构对应4个“X”字型FSS结构。仿真结果表明,所设计的天线罩90%吸波率的吸波频段范围为2.27~8.13 GHz,相对带宽达到112%,同时在12 GHz产生通带,其插入损耗为0.8 dB,单元尺寸为0.11λ×0.11λ,两片衬底基板之间的厚度仅为12 mm(0.09λ),实现了小型化、超薄、超宽带吸波功能的隐身天线罩设计。An ultra⁃wideband(UWB)stealth radome model based on matasurface is proposed,so as to reduce the radar cross section(RCS)of bistatic radar of aircraft and increase the stealth function of antenna system.The model has the characteristics of low frequency absorption and high frequency transmission.The proposed radome consists of an absorbing structure located at the upper layer and a frequency selection structure located at the lower layer.The upper layer is composed of twoπ⁃shaped metal structures and an I⁃shaped metal structure,the middle is connected by resistance elements,and the lower layer is composed of X⁃shaped periodic slot structures.One resistive layer structure in each periodic structure corresponds to four X⁃shaped FSS(frequency selective surface)structures.The simulation results show that the designed radome 90%absorbing rate's absorbing spectrum ranges from 2.27 GHz to 8.13 GHz,its relative bandwidth reaches 112%,while it generates passband at 12 GHz with the insertion loss of 0.8 dB.Its cell size is 0.11λ×0.11λ,the thickness between two slices of substrate is only 12 mm(0.09λ).So far,the design of stealth radome with miniaturization,ultra⁃thin and ultra⁃wideband absorbing function is realized.
