摘 要:针对电阻式加热不燃烧卷烟存在烟具温升时间长,温度场分布不均,加工工艺对不同批次加热片参数影响大和加热片易受烟油黏附和腐蚀等问题,采用磁致伸缩高频振动加热的方法替代电阻式加热,该方法通过高频电流产生的高频磁场使铁磁材料产生高频振动发热,实现对卷烟的加热。仿真结果表明,采用复合铝加热片的振动发热方案温升时间为5 s,比电阻式加热缩短了35 s。同时,加热片最高和最低温度差为3.2℃,相比电阻式加热降低了109℃。此外,振动发热片具有批次加热片参数一致性好,不易受加工工艺影响,对烟油黏附和腐蚀的影响较小,具有较好的实用性和推广价值。In this paper,a solution is proposed to replace resistance heating with a magnetostrictive high⁃frequency vibration heating method for heat⁃not⁃burn cigarettes.The proposed solution addresses problems such as long temperature rise time,uneven temperature field distribution,large variation in heating sheet parameters across different batches,and susceptibility of heating sheets to tobacco oil adhesion and corrosion.The high⁃frequency magnetic field generated by the high⁃frequency current induces ferromagnetic materials to vibrate and produce heat,which achieves the objective of heating cigarettes.Simulation results demonstrate that the proposed composite aluminum heating sheet vibration heating scheme meets the cigarette heating requirements,with a temperature rise time of 5 seconds and a temperature difference of 3.2℃between the highest and lowest temperatures of the heating sheet.This is 35 seconds and 109℃lower than resistive heating,respectively.Furthermore,the proposed method exhibits good consistency of heating sheet parameters across different batches and is less susceptible to the influence of processing processes.Additionally,the vibration heating sheet has a reduced impact on cigarette oil adhesion and corrosion,indicating good practicality and potential for promotion.
