摘  要:目的:探究基础性抗荷体能高效训练对篮球运动员力量素质的影响。方法:采用实验法将实验对象分为实验组和对照组,开展为期12周的训练,包括:下肢蹬伸、躯干屈曲、躯干伸展、上肢推和上肢拉等肌力测量。研究结果表明:在12周的训练周期内,实验组在下肢伸展和躯干屈曲方面取得显著的肌力提升,特别是左侧下肢和躯干屈曲。结论:基础性抗荷体能高效训练对篮球运动员肌力发展有积极影响,有助于提高运动表现和减少受伤风险。然而,个体差异和长期训练因素需要进一步考虑,以此制定更为有效的篮球训练计划。The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of efficient training of basic anti G physical fitness on the strength quality of basketball players.The study was conducted using an experimental design,divided into an experimental group and a control group,for a period of 12 weeks of training.The main experimental indicators include muscle strength measurements such as lower limb extension,trunk flexion,trunk extension,upper limb push and upper limb pull.The experimental results showed that during the 12 week training cycle,the experimental group achieved significant muscle strength improvement in lower limb extension and trunk flexion,especially in the left lower limb and trunk flexion.These results emphasize the positive impact of efficient training of basic anti G physical fitness on the muscle development of basketball players,which is expected to improve athletic performance and reduce injury risk.However,individual differences and long-term training factors need to be further considered in order to develop more effective basketball training plans.
