速度素质对棒球运动员外场防守能力的关联性研究

摘　　要：外场防守能力的高低,主要在于外场防守队员的速度素质,根据棒球运动特点所制定的针对棒球运动员速度素质的训练计划,能够有效提高外场运动员接杀高飞球的能力,进而促使外场防守能力的提高。本文对天津体育学院中专部年龄为15-18岁的男性20名棒球运动员进行针对性的外场防守能力的实验研究。结果发现:速度素质的训练有助于外场防守能力的提高。The defense ability in the outfield mainly depends on the speed quality of outfield defenders.The training plan for the speed quality of baseball players formulated according to the characteristics of baseball sports can effectively improve the ability of outfield players to catch and kill fly balls,and then promote the improvement of outfield defense ability.In this study,20 baseball players aged 15-18 years old(male)from the secondary technical school of Tianjin Institute of Sport were studied.It has been found that speed quality training is helpful to improving the outfield defense ability.
