文登体校实行“双校”共育机制的实践探索

摘  要:本文聚焦全面深化体教融合的时代背景,从宏观层面剖析基层体校面临的困境,旨在为破除基层体校发展的现实壁垒寻求创新发展路径。研究结果表明:招生难是体校现存的主要问题,学生家长认为体校的文化课教学能力不足,学生学习成绩会有所下滑。因此,构建“双校”共育机制成为体校改革重点。结论:为“双校”共育机制提供政策、规章制度保障是前提条件;建立双校协同工作机制、完善学校教学模式、构建体育人才后备体系是必然途径。本文在定量与定性综述基础上提出的“双校共育”的多层次研究脉络,有助于推动普通中学和基层体校互相借鉴,找到共同发展和开拓全面型人才培养的新思路。This article focuses on the background of comprehensively deepening the integration of sports and education,analyzing the difficulties faced by sports schools from a macro level,and seeking innovative development paths to break down the practical barriers to the development of sports schools.Research has shown that difficulty in enrollment is the main existing problem in sports schools,and parents of students believe that the cultural education teaching ability of sports schools is insufficient,leading to a decline in students'academic performance.To address this issue,building a“dual school”co-education mechanism has become a key focus of reform.Conclusion:Providing policy and regulatory guarantees for the“dual school”co-education mechanism is a prerequisite;Establishing a dual school collaborative work mechanism,improving school teaching models,and constructing a reserve system for sports talents are inevitable ways.This article presents a multi-level research context of“dual school co-education”through quantitative and qualitative reviews,providing useful references for promoting mutual learning between ordinary high schools and grassroots sports schools,finding new ideas for common development,and exploring comprehensive talent cultivation.
