摘  要:目的:探讨12周高强度间歇训练对男、女大学生心肺耐力的影响,以明确同等运动量对提升心肺耐力水平是否存在性别差异。方法:招募非体育生67人(男27人,女40人),采用功率自行车次大强度运动方案推算其最大摄氧量(VO_(2max)),进行12周的高强度跑(80-90%最大心率)、走(50-55%最大心率)间歇训练,训练过程中监测心率以维持运动强度。用配对样本T检验分别比较男、女大学生训练前、后VO_(2max),用独立样本T检验VO_(2max)增加值的性别差异。研究结果:男、女大学生训练后VO_(2max)均显著高于训练前水平(P<0.01),但男、女生训练后VO_(2max)增加值无显著性差异(P>0.05,女生VO_(2max)增加值为0.33 L/min;男生VO_(2max)增加值为0.25 L/min)。研究结论:12周高强度间歇训练能够同等程度地提高男、女大学生的心肺耐力,不存在性别上的差异。The objective of this paper is to explore the effects of 12-week high intensity interval training on cardiorespiratory fitness of male and female college students,in order to clarify whether there is gender difference in the improvement of cardiorespiratory fitness by the same amount of exercise.Methods:A total of 67 non-sports students(27 males and 40 females)were recruited.The maximal oxygen uptake(VO_(2max))wascalculatedby submaximum intensity exercise program of the power bicycle,and the HIT was conducted for 12 weeks.The form of HIIT is alternately running(80-90%HRmax)and walking(50-55%HRmax).The heart rate was monitored during the training to maintain the intensity.The paired sample T test was used to compare the changes of VO_(2max)in male and female college students before and after training,and the independent sample T test was used to test the gender difference in the changes of VO_(2max)-Results:VO_(2max)of male and female college students after training was significantly higher than that before training(P<0.01),but there was no significant difference in the increase of VO_(2max)of male and female students after training(P>0.05,the increase of VO_(2max)of female and male students were 0.33 L/min and 0.25L/min respectively).Conclusion:12 weeks of high intensity interval training improved the cardiorespiratory fitness of both male and female college students to the same extent,regardless of gender.
