摘　　要：本文采用文献资料、逻辑分析等研究方法,以日本足球青训赛事建设为对象,分析研究日本足球青训相关情况。研究结论:(1)日本以赛事为载体的足球青训培养模式主要分为校内“贯通式”、校外“互通式”的双通道运行模式以及校内外“融通式”发展的协同机理;(2)日本足球青训赛事具有完备且多元的保障建设;(3)日本特别注重足球青训赛事文化的建设与发展。启示:(1)积极拓宽多元青训竞赛渠道,促进赛事高质量发展;(2)完善社会服务组织机制,促进联赛成果共享;(3)加强联赛保障机制,优化联赛服务内容;(4)引入媒体机制,培育中国足球文化。Using literature review and logical analysis and other research methods,taking the construction of Japanese football youth training events as the research object,the relevant data of Japanese football youth training are sorted out and analyzed.Main conclusions:The Japanese football youth training mode is mainly divided into the“through”operation mode inside the school,the dual-channel operation mode of the“interoperative”type outside the school,and the synergy mechanism of“integration”development inside and outside the school.The Japanese football youth training tournament has a complete and diversified guarantee construction;Japan pays special attention to the construction and development of football youth training culture.Enlightenment:Actively expand the multi-channel youth training competition system and improve the level of competition;Improve the social service organization mechanism and promote the sharing and diversification of league achievements;Strengthen the league guarantee mechanism and optimize the service content of the league;Introduce media mechanisms to cultivate Chinese football culture.
