摘  要:目的:基于激活后增强效应(Post-activation potentiation)原理,对比运动员在不同强度与不同恢复时间上的运动表现,分析PAP效应对田径运动员冲刺能力的影响,探寻两种强度诱导后的最佳恢复时间,为PAP效应在田径项目中的运用提供一定参考。研究方法:采用杠铃负重深蹲(801RM%与90%1RM)对田径运动员进行诱导,并在各恢复时间点(4、8、12分钟)分别进行30M冲刺,并记录时间。研究结果:(1)与基准值相比,80%1RM诱导后,其4、8、12分钟30M冲刺能力有所增加,在恢复12分钟后进行冲刺的成绩最好(P<0.05);(2)与基准值相比,90%1RM诱导后,在4、8、12分钟30M冲刺能力增加,且在12分钟成绩最好(P<0.05)。研究结论:(1)PAP诱导方案中采用80%-90%1RM杠铃深蹲,能够有效提高田径运动员30米冲刺能力;(2)基于PAP诱导效应,90%1RM杠铃深蹲效果大于80%1RM,在恢复时间方面12min效果最好。Based on the principle of Post-activation Potentiation(PAP),this paper compared the athletes'performance at different intensities with different recovery times,analyzed the effects of PAP effect on the sprinting ability of athletics athletes,and explored the optimal recovery time after the induction of the two intensities,so as to provide some references for the use of PAP effect in athletics events.Research Methods:The barbell loaded deep squat(801RM%vs.90%1RM)was used to induce the track and field athletes,and the 30M sprint was performed at the recovery time(4,8,and 12)minutes,respectively,and the time was recorded.Results:(a)30M sprinting ability increased at 4,8,and 12 minutes after 80%1RM induction and best performance at 12 minutes compared to baseline(P<0.05);(b)30M sprinting ability increased at 4,8,and 12 minutes after 90%1RM induction and best performance at 12 minutes compared to baseline(P<0.05).The study concluded that:(a)PAP-induced program can be used 80%-90%1RM barbell deep squat,which can effectively improve 30M sprinting ability of track and field athletes.(b)Based on the PAP-induced effect,90%1RM barbell squat was more effective than 80%1RM,and the best result was achieved at a recovery time of 12 min.
