摘 要:目的:探究高温不同湿度环境对气体代谢变化的特征,为物质与能量代谢、竞技体育及康复治疗的研究提供数据参考。方法:本研究选定了10名高校健康男性二级运动员,在高温33℃环境下,分别在湿度为RH80%、RH50%、RH20%环境中进行安静暴露20min和65%VO_(2max)强度运动20min,利用气体代谢仪记录机体呼吸频率、心率、摄氧量、二氧化碳呼出量及通气量等气体指标变化,采用SPSS25.0统计软件对实验结果用平均数加减标准差对气体指标数据进行统计分析。研究结果:(1)在安静暴露条件下,高温不同湿度环境之间心率和呼吸商均没有显著性变化;与高温RH80%环境相比,高温RH20%环境下每分通气量显著增加(P<0.05),高温RH20%环境和高温RH50%环境下呼吸频率的减少有非常显著性(P<0.01),高温RH20%环境和高温RH50%环境摄氧量的增加有显著性(P<0.05),高温RH20%环境二氧化碳呼出量的增加有显著性(P<0.05);与高温RH50%环境相比,高温RH20%环境的呼吸频率、每分通气量及二氧化碳呼出量显著性增加(P<0.05)。(2)在65%VO_(2max)条件运动下,高温不同湿度环境之间呼吸商和呼吸频率的变化均没有显著性差异。与高温RH80%环境相比,高温RH20%环境和高温RH50%环境下机体每分通气量的减少有显著性差异(P<0.05),高温RH20%和高温RH50%环境摄氧量的增加有显著性(P<0.05),高温RH20%和高温RH50%环境二氧化碳呼出量的增加有显著性(P<0.05),高温RH20%和高温RH50%环境心率的减少有显著性减(P<0.01);与高温RH50%环境相比,高温RH20%环境心率、摄氧量及二氧化碳呼出量的减少有显著性(P<0.05)。研究结论:(1)在安静暴露条件下,高温RH50%心率最快;高温RH80%呼吸商最高;高温RH20%每分通气量最多。(2)在65%VO_(2max)条件下,高温RH80%心率最快,每分通气量最多;高温RH20%呼吸商最低。The objective is to investigate the characterization of gas metabolism changes in high temperature with different humidity environments,and to provide data references for the research of material and energy metabolism,competitive sports and rehabilitation therapy.METHODS:In this study,1O healthy male Division II athletes from colleges and universities were selected to undergo quiet exposure for 20 min and 65%VO_(2max) intensity exercise for 20 min in a high temperature 33℃environment with humidity of RH80%,RH50%,and RH20%,respectively,and gas metabolism meters were utilized to record gas indexes of respiratory rate,heart rate,oxygen uptake,carbon dioxide exhalation,and ventilation,etc.,of the body changes in gas indexes such as respiratory rate,heart rate,oxygen uptake,carbon dioxide exhalation and ventilation were recorded by gas metabolism meter.The results of the study were as follows:(a)under quiet exposure conditions,there was no significant change in heart rate and respiratory quotient between high-temperature and different humidity environments;compared with the high-temperature RH80%environment,there was a significant increase in per-minute ventilation in the high-temperature RH20%environment(P<0.05),and the decrease in respiratory rate in the high-temperature RH20%and high-temperature RH50%environments was highly significant(P<0.01),and the reduction in respiratory rate in the high-temperature RH20%environment and high-temperature RH50%environment had significant(P<0.05)increases in oxygen uptake and high-temperature RH20%environment had significant(P<0.05)increases in carbon dioxide exhalation;respiratory rate,ventilation per minute and carbon dioxide exhalation were significantly increased in high-temperature RH20%environment compared with high-temperature RH50%environment(P<0.05).(b)There was no significant difference in the changes of respiratory quotient and respiratory frequency between high-temperature different humidity environments under 65%VO_(2max) condition exercise.Compared with the high-t
