摘　　要：目的探讨鹑鸡肠球菌化脓性脑膜炎的临床特点、治疗经验,以提高临床医生及药师对该病的治疗水平。方法回顾性分析我院1例鹑鸡肠球菌化脓性脑膜炎患者的临床治疗资料,并通过“鹑鸡肠球菌化脓性脑膜炎”、“enterococcus gallinarum meningitis”关键词在中国知网数据库、PubMed数据库检索相关报道作文献复习。结果共检索到8篇文献,鹑鸡肠球菌化脓性脑膜炎的易感人群主要是接受侵入性外科手术患者及免疫功能受损患者,抗感染治疗药物多选择利奈唑胺,使用疗程3周以上效果更佳。结论鹑鸡肠球菌是机会致病菌,引起化脓性脑膜炎的报道很少见,抗菌药物首选利奈唑胺,必要时联合氨基青霉素(如氨苄西林或阿莫西林),疗程不宜过短,治疗期间避免留置脑脊液引流管。Objective To discuss the clinical characteristics and treatment experience of enterococcus gallinarum meningitis,so as to improve the treatment level of clinicians and pharmacists.Methods We retrospectively analyzed the clinical information of a case of Enterococcus gallinarum meningitis in our hospital,review related case reports by searching the China Knowledge Network database and PubMed database with the keyword“Enterococcus gallinarum meningitis”.Results We reviewed nine literatures,the susceptible population of enterococcus gallinarum meningitis is patients who underwent invasive surgical procedure and immune impairment,Most choose linezolid,with a course of 3 weeks or more for better results.Conclusion Enterococcus gallinarum is an opportunistic pathogen.The report of suppurative meningitis caused by Enterococcus gallinarum is rare.Linezolid is the first choice of antibiotics,if necessary,combined with aminopenicillins(such as ampicillin or amoxicillin).The course of treatment should not be too short.Avoid placing cerebrospinal fluid drainage tube during treatment.
